How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc. Payments are made using secure payment systems and we do not store card details or other sensitive information.
Is an invoice or cheque issued?

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase in your email. If you need an invoice with additional details, please indicate this in the order notes.
Is it possible to return the product?

Yes, unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products unfortunately cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or non-conformity.
Please contact us before returning.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds will be made within 5 working days to the same account from which payment was made.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect product?

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, we have many products suitable for sensitive, dry or irritated skin. Search for “sensitive skin” or contact us if you need a personal recommendation.
How do I choose products for my skin type?

In the product descriptions, we tell you which skin type they are suitable for. If in doubt, feel free to contact us - we'll be happy to help you find the right product for you.
Are the floral waters suitable for children or pregnant women?

Most floral waters are very gentle and suitable for children or pregnant women, but we always recommend choosing products without essential oils and consulting your doctor if in doubt.
Where are your products made?

All Green Wing products are manufactured in a small cosmetics factory in Ieceni, Latvia, run by experienced chemist and quality manager Ance Dandena with her own hands in small batches. This enables the products ordered to be received as fresh and high quality as possible.
Do your cosmetics contain essential oils or allergens?

Some products contain essential oils, which provide fragrance and efficacy. The ingredients are clearly stated at the end of each product description. If you are allergic, please read the ingredients or contact us.
How to store natural cosmetics properly?

It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Some products (such as floral waters) can be stored in the fridge to prolong their freshness, but this is not obligatory. Some products (lip balms, body butters) have a maximum storage temperature on the packaging to prevent them from melting.
Do the products have a shelf life after opening?

Yes, each product has an expiry date as well as a symbol indicating how many months it is recommended to use after opening (e.g. 6M or 12M). You will find this information on the packaging.
Are the products certified?

All products are made from 100% natural ingredients, with quality documents, certificates of origin and proof of vegan and natural origin. Cosmetic products under the Green Wing brand have been notified on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), the European Commission's online platform for the registration and monitoring of cosmetic products in the EU. Separate product certification is not mandatory, but we are considering COSMOS or EU Ecolabel certification in the future.
